Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a proactive HCM Business Consultant to drive new business in the Saint Louis area. You will own the full sales cycle, from outreach to close, coordinating with implementation and payroll teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients.

You will build broker and partner referrals, conduct discovery, present HCM solutions, and negotiate pricing and terms while meeting monthly and quarterly targets. Travel is frequent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years HCM sales experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll, PEO, HR technology, or benefits is a plus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated HCM territory.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with brokers and partners.
• Execute targeted prospecting strategies and access key decision makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and processes.
• Present HCM solutions including services, pricing, and implementation.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate pricing and scope.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close and onboarding.
• Collaborate with implementation, payroll, benefits, and HR teams.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast revenue, and meet sales goals.
• Travel domestically as required for client meetings and events.
