Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant in St. Louis, MO to drive HCM sales from prospecting to close. You will identify opportunities, present payroll and HR technology solutions, and manage pricing and contract terms with clients.

The role requires building strong broker relationships, coordinating with implementation teams, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. Domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• More than two years of HCM sales experience in a results-driven environment.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting sales goals.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within designated territory for HCM solutions.
• Build referral relationships with brokers and channel partners to create qualified sales opportunities.
• Execute targeted prospecting including cold calling, email outreach, and referrals.
• Lead discovery meetings to understand client needs and present HCM solutions.
• Prepare proposals, pricing options, and client presentations; negotiate terms.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close and coordinate internal resources for implementation.
• Travel domestically as required for client meetings and events.
