Job summary

OneDigital in the United States seeks an Account Manager to build and maintain long-term client relationships for the iSolved HCM platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor, deliver product education, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to expand platform adoption through additional features and services.

The role requires exceptional customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and experience supporting Payroll, HCM, or HRIS software.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 3+ years supporting Payroll, HCM, or HRIS software, or SaaS client support.
• Experience using isolved is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated independence with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients as the primary contact.
• Proactively evaluate client utilization of the HCM platform to maximize value.
• Educate clients on underutilized modules and solutions aligned with business goals.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client questions and system issues promptly.
• Provide guidance on Payroll, HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Tax functionality.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with high service standards.
• Deliver training enabling clients to manage their HCM and payroll operations independently.
• Document all client interactions, issues, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution and client success.
• Continuously identify process improvements for client experience and efficiency.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
