Job summary

GTM Payroll Services Inc is seeking an experienced HCM Payroll Account Manager to build trusted client relationships and optimize payroll/HCM solutions. This role requires handling a portfolio of business clients, guiding them on payroll configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing experience, client-facing skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience supporting clients on an HCM or payroll platform.
• Experience processing payroll for multiple clients.
• FPC or CPP preferred; isolved experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of business clients.
• Process payroll accurately and efficiently while providing proactive client support.
• Provide guidance and training on payroll, HR, time & labor, and HCM software functionality.
• Configure payroll components including earnings, deductions, garnishments, levies, and other payroll settings.
• Research and resolve payroll, tax, HR, and system-related questions.
• Partner with the Implementation team to onboard new clients smoothly.
• Identify opportunities for clients to maximize value from GTM's HCM products/services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Document client interactions and communicate service trends and improvement opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with accountants, bookkeepers, HR professionals, and other contacts.
• Represent GTM professionally to maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
