Job summary

Thread HCM is seeking an experienced HCM Implementation Project Manager to lead the iSolved platform rollout for new clients and guide the 2- to 8-week implementation with a personable, memorable client experience.

You will drive adoption through analysis, setup, and personalized training, build strong client relationships, and partner with trainers, resellers, and internal teams to deliver added value and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous Implementation experience and managing several clients and projects at once.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Previous HR industry or HR technology experience (a plus).
• Strong written and oral communication.
• 2 years of prior HCM SaaS Implementation (preferred).

Responsibilities

• New Client Implementations – Design and build the iSolved platform to fit client needs while maintaining SLA standards.
• Project Management – set and maintain project expectations, monitor progress and timelines.
• Client Trainings – schedule and deliver training, build custom training plans.
• Reseller Implementations & Advanced Support – collaborate with reseller partners and provide advanced support.
• Implement Add On & Ancillary Services – manage add-on orders, setup, training and support.
