Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Georgia seeks a Payroll Manager of HCM to lead a team of payroll specialists, ensuring accurate, timely client payroll processing and excellent service. You will monitor performance metrics, coach staff, and align payroll activities with quarterly and year-end timelines.

This role requires strong knowledge of iSolved, MS Office, and payroll compliance, plus the ability to optimize processes, resolve issues, and promote client retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll services and HR technology operations.
• iSolved experience required for this position.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities for a payroll team.
• Ability to manage client relationships and ensure service levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive client retention and loyalty by ensuring the payroll pod operates effectively.
• Monitor team performance metrics and drive improvement projects.
• Prepare for quarter-end and year-end payroll milestones.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and performance managing staff.
• Coordinate with Client Relations to promote product adoption and client engagement.
• Escalate and resolve client issues to maintain high satisfaction.
