Job summary

Payroll Solutions HCM is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for payroll clients, delivering payroll processing support, compliance guidance, and HCM system expertise. You will manage multiple client payrolls, resolve issues, and ensure accurate data in the isolved HCM system.

Required are an associate degree and at least two years of payroll processing experience, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting or HR preferred; a minimum of two years payroll processing experience required.
• FPC or CPP certification is desirable.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned payroll clients and provide payroll support and compliance guidance.
• Manage multiple client payrolls in a fast-paced environment and ensure data accuracy in the HCM system.
• Communicate effectively with clients and employees to resolve payroll, benefit, and timekeeping questions.
• Prepare and submit payroll, maintain confidentiality, and stay current on payroll-related regulations.
