Job summary

Insperity is seeking an experienced HCM/HRMS implementation professional to deliver product implementation and ongoing support for our Human Capital Management solutions. You will lead client discussions, coordinate with the project team, and configure the iSolved platform to optimize HR/payroll workflows while providing training to client administrators.

You will engage stakeholders, advise on best practices, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful project delivery across

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in systems integration or enterprise-class HRMS product implementation.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, time and attendance systems and HRMS implementations.
• Preferred CPP certification.

Responsibilities

• Leads calls with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinates with project management team to meet deadlines.
• Advises clients on implementation strategies and best practices.
• Configures software to maximize HR/payroll/workflows.
• Provides client administrative training on the iSolved platform.
• Maintains high customer service standards and retention.
• Gathers product feedback for improvement.
