Job summary

Clean Harbors in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Field Services Technician II to perform field tasks related to hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, equipment decontamination and handling of hazardous materials. The role requires attending a paid two-week Academy training (potentially out of state) with travel and lodging expenses covered by the company.

Qualifications

Must be able to perform physical functions per job responsibilities.
On-call availability for emergency response is required, including potential extended hours.
Successful completion of a background check, drug test, and physical examination as applicable.
Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by following policies and safe practices.
Engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting and pulling heavy objects.
Operate light and heavy equipment and use various hand tools and PPE.
Wear and properly use PPE including respirators and protective gear.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions and in potentially hazardous environments.
Be on-call for emergency response on a rotating basis and comply with regulations.
Assist in site remediation, waste handling and decontamination activities.
Complete required documentation and reports and follow DOT and other regulations.
