Job summary

Pay: $21.35 This position has an Incentive program that will pay additional $3.00 attainment per hour for all hours worked. If a team member misses any schedule hours for reasons other than vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holiday, then they will not receive the attainment for the week.

These positions require standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching with constant wrist, elbow, and shoulder movements. These positions work in a dusty, cold, damp hot, and humid environment with slippery surfaces. Jobs are fast-paced and require repetitive motion. Some positions require lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 75+ lbs. Selection will be based on seniority. Must abide by animal welfare policies and be able to work around live birds in a safe and respectful manner while maintaining Tyson's safety culture.
