Responsibilities include site surveys, hardware procurement planning, installation scheduling, and end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 2 and 3 support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment both on-site and remotely.
• Conduct site surveys to assess configurations and user requirements, and prepare detailed documentation for transparency and repeatability.
• Analyze hardware requirements and prepare specifications for procurement, developing installation schedules to streamline deployment.
• Prepare and deliver site installation and test reports; support network upgrade initiatives by installing and configuring new hardware and cabling.
• Train site personnel in proper use and maintenance of hardware to maximize resource utilization.
• Maintain and support fiber optic modems, multiplexers, and cables to ensure robust connectivity.
• Adhere to SOPs and use ticketing systems to document issues and resolutions; provide end-user support and collaborate with other IT teams.
