This role requires five days on-site, 40 hours weekly, TS/SCI with polygraph, 8570 certification (Security+ preferred), and strong hardware, Windows, AD, and remote-end user support skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years IT experience.
• 8570 Certification; Security+ certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 on-site and remote IT support.
• Perform hardware repair, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site surveys and produce installation documentation.
• Assist with hardware procurement planning and cabling.
• Train users and document processes.
