Job summary

IDR in Austin, TX seeks a Support Technician to join a team handling imaging, computer replacements, and data migration on agency projects. You will support end-users, troubleshoot and maintain systems, and assist with hardware refresh initiatives while collaborating with subject matter experts and project managers.

Qualifications

Experience handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
Knowledge of personal computers, components, printers, and microcomputers.

Experience using WordPerfect, MS Office Suite, and a working knowledge of Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities
