Job summary

Ampcus Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking two Level 1 Support Technicians to join our tech team for a computer and docking station refresh project. You will perform imaging, replacement, and data migration and will work with a SME and project manager to follow project procedures.

Windows 11 experience is helpful but not required. Strong customer service and teamwork skills are essential to provide effective end-user support and maintain system reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and upgrading computer systems, hardware, peripherals, and software.
• Knowledge of personal computers, computer components, printers, and related terminology.
• Knowledge of computer operations, information systems, computer software and hardware, and information security policies and procedures.
• Experience providing technical assistance and support for applications and hardware.
• Experience using and supporting personal computers and applicable programs and systems.
• Experience troubleshooting information systems and operating information technology systems.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and WordPerfect.
