Job summary

UKG is seeking a Product Manager to join the Hardware Data Collection team within the Workforce Management organization. You will own defined product areas across time clocks, data collection devices, and related software experiences used by customers worldwide.

You will guide lifecycle planning, sustaining engineering, and cross-functional execution, translating business needs into product plans and requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• 2+ years of product management experience with hardware or embedded systems.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and sales.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Own defined areas of UKG Hardware Data Collection portfolio and related software experiences.
• Drive lifecycle activities, sustaining support, and end-of-life readiness.
• Collaborate with senior product leaders to define priorities and requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage issues, enhancements, and releases.
• Support international availability and regional constraints for hardware products.
• Serve as primary contact for questions related to assigned products.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and lifecycle implications.
• Maintain product documentation and lifecycle status information.
