Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Timekeeping Product Design to drive the design and enablement of the worldwide timekeeping product. You will translate strategic roadmaps into detailed process designs, configurations for time capture, absence, and pay rules, and work closely with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure scalable, compliant systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Operations or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• 7+ years hands-on timekeeping product design or related experience.
• Translate labor law and pay Rule requirements into scalable design.
• Experience applying UX/product design thinking to enterprise tech.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with process simulations and creating SOPs/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Enable and execute the global timekeeping product design roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end timekeeping process design and standardization.
• Drive automation with payroll data flows and touchless processing.
• Ensure compliance and internal controls with SOX and labor laws.
• Champion employee and manager experience through user-centered design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Payroll, HR Tech, Finance).
• Leverage data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
