Job summary

Mindverse Consulting Services in the United States seeks a seasoned HR Technology Partner to drive Kronos to UKG Dimensions projects and Workday integrations, focusing on timekeeping, payroll, and HCM processes. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, support testing, and guide change management across a 15,000-employee rollout.

You bring deep UKG Pro WFM expertise, strong analytical skills, and a track record delivering large-scale HR system implementations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR information technology or related field; equivalent experience considered.
6+ years of HR technology experience, preferably in HR or Shared Services.
Troubleshoot pay rules and UKG timekeeping configurations.
3+ years with UKG Pro WFM, Workday or other leading HCM solutions.
Familiar with at least two UKG Pro WFM functional areas: Attestation, Accruals, Personas, Attendance or Mobile.

Responsibilities

Gather and document enterprise timekeeping requirements and serve as SME for the program.
Partner with business users across analysis, design, testing and deployment for Workday-UKG integration.
Understand end-to-end integration between Workday HCM/US Payroll and UKG Dimensions.
Support configuration by technology partners and develop test cases for testing phases.
Lead or participate in UAT and change management activities; ensure successful rollout.
Provide Hypercare support and assist in training materials development.
