Job summary

McKinstry seeks a strategic leader to own payroll and timekeeping products, guiding a Product Management team from vision through delivery. You will define roadmaps, secure business cases, and collaborate with IT, software engineers, and external providers to meet growth goals.

You will mentor managers, drive crossfunctional execution, and ensure solutions align with user needs and market trends. A strong background in UKG payroll systems and modern product management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years in payroll product management (UKG preferred) or a related field.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong foundation in modern product management methodologies, including Agile.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
• Proven experience delivering product features grounded in user research and validation.
• Clear, concise, and persuasive communicator.
• Demonstrated ability to lead highperforming, crossfunctional teams and grow talent.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical vision for payroll and timekeeping products.
