Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, HR Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS or Workforce Management systems.
• Hands-on experience with UKG WFM Pro (Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling).
• Strong knowledge of UKG Time Clock management, including installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Workday Time & Absence configuration and support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain UKG WFM Pro modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling).
• Manage Time Clock devices, including firmware updates, biometric registration, and cutover planning.
• Support UKG application management day to day activities.
• Support Workday Time & Absence configuration, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
