Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Timekeeping Product Design to lead design and configuration of the global timekeeping system. You will partner with payroll, HRIS, and Legal to ensure accurate time capture, labor distribution, and pay rule interpretation worldwide.

You will bridge UX design with HR technology, driving consumerized timekeeping experiences and scalable, compliant processes across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business or Operations, or 7+ years of related experience.
• 7+ years hands-on timekeeping product design in global environments.
• Translate labor law and pay rule requirements into scalable design.
• Experience applying UX/product design thinking to HR/enterprise tech.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate the strategic roadmap into detailed process designs and configurations.
• Bridge strategy and execution with employee-manager centered designs for timekeeping.
• Standardize end-to-end timekeeping processes across geographies and units.
• Automate data flows between timekeeping and payroll systems to reduce manual work.
• Ensure SOX controls, compliance, and audit readiness within timekeeping.
