Job summary

INFOTRON is seeking an experienced UKG Dimensions Functional Lead to manage implementations and design changes within a large enterprise environment. You will blend hands-on configuration with project management, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT and other stakeholders to drive design, testing, and deployment.

The role requires strong UKG Dimensions expertise, experience in Timekeeping/Pay Rules/Scheduling, and the ability to lead cross-functional discussions while maintaining hands-on involvement

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of UKG/Kronos experience with Dimensions / UKG Pro WFM
• Hands-on configuration and functional expertise in UKG Dimensions
• Strong knowledge of Timekeeping, Pay Rules, Work Rules, Scheduling or Accruals
• Experience leading UKG implementations, enhancements or major design changes
• Ability to blend hands-on functional work with project management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead UKG Dimensions enhancement and design-change initiatives from requirements through deployment.
• Work hands-on with UKG Dimensions / UKG Pro WFM configuration and solution design.
• Support Timekeeping, Time & Attendance, Pay Rules, Work Rules, Scheduling and Accruals.
• Lead requirements and design discussions with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, deliverables, dependencies, risks and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression and payroll testing.
• Troubleshoot functional/configuration issues and recommend solutions.
• Work with technical teams supporting integrations between UKG, Oracle HCM/Payroll and other enterprise systems.
