Job summary

GEODIS seeks a Specialist for Time and Attendance Systems to administer UKG Workforce Management, configure timekeeping, scheduling, and accruals. You will partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure accurate time collection, compliant rules, and reliable WFM operations.

You will lead testing, documentation, and deployment of WFM improvements, train managers, and develop SOPs while keeping up with labor laws and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience administering and supporting WFM systems.
• Hands-on experience configuring timekeeping, schedule rules, and pay codes.
• Experience with system testing, enhancements, and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain WFM parameters: shift templates, labor rules, pay codes, clocks.
• Design and implement shift scheduling by operational zones to match business needs.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to translate zone requirements into configurations.
• Test, document, and deploy enhancements related to shift and zone management.
• Generate reports on attendance, shift coverage, overtime, compliance.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Train managers and staff on timekeeping and WFM functionalities.
• Develop user guides and SOPs for timekeeping and WFM use.
• Ensure labor law compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Stay current on WFM tech, vendor releases, and best practices.
