Job summary

CarMax is seeking an experienced UKG Pro WFM specialist to implement, test and support timekeeping, attendance and scheduling modules. You will collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into working UKG Pro WFM solutions and integrate with Workday and payroll systems.

The role requires 2+ years’ experience with Kronos/UKG Pro WFM, strong integration skills and a drive to improve business processes. Hybrid work is offered from Richmond Westcreek or Plano Tech hubs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years with Kronos/UKG Pro WFM platforms and related modules.
• Experience implementing changes in Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Attestation and Forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi integrations and data hubs.
• Knowledge of UKG Pro WFM APIs and webhooks for event-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Root cause analysis and resolution of issues in UKG Pro WFM.
• Diagnose, resolve and document application errors in production systems.
• Gather requirements and develop/test UKG Pro WFM modules.
• Follow change management processes for production changes.
• Integrate UKG Pro WFM with Workday, Payroll and other HR platforms.
