Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in thermoplastic injection molding.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams on the floor.
• Strong understanding of mold, material, and process interactions.
• Experience in ISO 13485 or FDA-regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership across injection molding, machining, plating, assembly, and secondary operations.
• Ensure production schedules, quality requirements, and customer delivery commitments are achieved.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and costs.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Develop supervisors and production staff and maintain daily floor presence.
