Job summary

Schedule is Monday–Friday nights. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in regulated manufacturing, experience leading teams, and proficiency with ERP

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (ISO 13485).
• Experience leading teams and training manufacturing personnel.
• Ability to read work instructions and assembly drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate molding and assembly operators on 3rd shift.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and production goals.
• Oversee assembly quality and GDP/cGDP documentation.
• Train, mentor, and develop operators and technicians.
• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
