Qualifications

• Requires 3–5+ years in operational, quality or manufacturing management.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders at differing levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret manufacturing, quality and financial reports.
• ISO 9001 management and implementation experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Approve the release to production ensuring margins, scrap, labor, overhead costs and BOM meet quotes.
• Lead the team for Molding, Machining, and Assembly operations.
• Establish and communicate goals/expectations; conduct quarterly reviews.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives (6S, Visual Factory, Leader Standard Work, A3, VSM).
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Support Account Manager with quarterly and annual business reviews for customers.
• Develop and implement cost-saving programs to reduce costs.
• Ensure manufacturing activities comply with ISO 13485 and internal systems.
