Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. You will be a player-coach, working beside the team on line, at the register, and during peak periods to set the pace and drive performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience.
• High-volume, fast-paced concepts preferred.
• Experience running shifts and working stations.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts on the floor alongside the team during rush periods.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure quality and service.
• Execute company policies, procedures, and systems on the floor.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cash handling.
