Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC seeks a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. This hands-on role requires you to work line, register, and drive-thru during rushes, setting pace alongside the team.

You will own people, products, and profits, drive guest satisfaction, manage labor and costs, and mentor shift leaders to build future leaders while upholding brand standards. A high-energy, data-driven leader who thrives in fast tempo will perform across P&L reviews and operational

Qualifications

• Hands-on restaurant management experience required.
• Proven ability to lead teams during rushes.
• Experience managing labor and costs in high-volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring quality and service.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and leaders.
• Build schedules balancing guest demand with labor goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and corrective actions.
• Develop future leaders through mentoring and on-the-floor coaching.
• Review Profit & Loss statements and manage costs.
• Drive sales growth through operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
