You will oversee floor leadership, drive speed of service, ensure food quality and cleanliness, and model the brand standards. The position requires hands-on operation, high energy, and a track record of managing labor, costs, and guest

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to lead shifts, work stations, and manage labor, costs, and inventory.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts on the line during peak periods to model performance.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring quality service.
• Execute company policies and maintain food safety standards.
• Monitor speed-of-service and guest satisfaction on the floor.
