Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. This hands-on role requires you to work line, register, and drive-thru during every rush, setting the pace with the team.

You will lead restaurant operations, ensure top food quality and service, manage labor and costs, and develop future leaders through coaching on live shifts. Equal opportunity employer and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience running shifts and working stations, not just supervision.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts on line, register, or drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all restaurant operations for food quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction on the floor, shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling and security procedures.
