Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead from the floor in a high-volume, fast-casual setting. You will be on the line, on register, and on the floor during every rush, coaching the team and owning people, products and profits.

Responsibilities include floor leadership, staffing, food safety, P&L oversight, and delivering speed and guest satisfaction. Candidates should have proven hands-on restaurant management experience and a track record of running shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; college degree is preferred but not required for the right operator.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts on line, at the oven, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations including food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Manage policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives; maintain food safety and sanitation.
