Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Multifamily properties in the Houston area. You will supervise maintenance tasks, ensure move-in quality, respond to service requests, and uphold safety standards while coordinating with property managers.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance, EPA 608 Type II (or CPO) certification, and a valid driver's license. Travel between properties is routine; shift coverage includes weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA 608 Type II certification or CPO or city certification is required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments, including painting and cleaning.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and general tasks.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including pools and dog parks.
• Attend training and ensure compliance with safety policies.
