ADP, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Tucson, AZ to lead the maintenance team and ensure upkeep of multifamily property systems including pools, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. You will manage work orders, coordinate with leasing, and uphold safety standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, preventive maintenance, and resident-facing service with occasional on-call duties. A strong focus on safety and efficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family housing.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff; provide coaching and feedback.
• Assign daily work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and special projects.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety procedures, and standards.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Oversee inspection, repair, and maintenance of property systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pools.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Travel to assist other MEB properties as needed.
