Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an on-site Maintenance Supervisor in Tucson to lead the maintenance team and ensure timely upkeep of the property's buildings and grounds, including vacant unit preparation.

You will perform preventive maintenance, supervise service staff and vendors, manage inventory and tools, and uphold OSHA safety standards while delivering dependable service to residents and preserving property value.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance/handyman work.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to interview, train, and manage maintenance staff.
• Knowledge of safety standards and MSDS handling.
• Reliable, self-motivated with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks, including preparing vacant units.
• Assist in interviewing and screening maintenance/housekeeping staff with the manager.
• Train service, custodial, and grounds personnel.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment; manage inventory.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Respond to 24-hour service requests and on-call duties.
• Coordinate vendor work and manage on-site repairs.
