MEB AFFORDABLE MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Tucson, AZ to oversee our maintenance team across properties. You will manage work orders, schedule preventative tasks, and ensure safety and quality in all trades from HVAC to plumbing and electrical.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, hands-on maintenance experience, and the ability to coordinate with leasing and on-site staff to keep communities safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Willingness to overtime, on-call duties, and weekend work.
• Capable of basic math and reading/writing.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff with ongoing coaching.
• Assign daily work orders, preventive maintenance, and special projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, procedures, and standards.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Oversee inspections and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pools, and roofs.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Travel to assist other properties when required.
