Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an assigned apartment community in Louisville. You will lead the maintenance team, organize service requests, implement preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and customer service standards.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in multifamily housing, EPA Type II certification, and the ability to live within 30 miles of the property.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• EPA Certification Type II required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property.
• Basic hand tools and knowledge of general maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and supervise associates and contractors daily.
• Prioritize service requests and monitor completion of work orders.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Inspect grounds and properties to ensure curb appeal and minimize liabilities.
• Manage maintenance inventory within budget and coordinate with vendors.
