Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to support a variety of operational needs in a team setting.
• Comfortable in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with MS Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑On Field Training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job Shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship and regular progress feedback.
• Exposure to leadership skills and professional etiquette development.
• Collaborative team environment with interns and professionals.
