Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of experience; CS degree or related field preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in IT.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• 1-2 years’ experience in hardware/software support.
• Expert knowledge of how operating systems and software work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to work well within a team.
• Ability to lift and handle packages/hardware weighing ~50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Administer sales reports and client activity for IT Support team.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems.
• Resolve network issues and configure operating systems.
• Use remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
• Test and deploy software and hardware changes.
• Maintain historical records of hardware and software changes and revisions.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
