Qualifications

Proficient in Windows 10/11 desktop support.
Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
AD/Azure AD user administration (provisioning, password resets, permissions).
Troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity and application issues.
Basic IT security experience including MFA and access controls.
Experience with ticketing systems and incident resolution.
Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on end-user IT support and guidance.
Manage user accounts and provisioning for new/existing users.
Resolve day-to-day technical issues across devices and apps.
Assist with basic security administration and policy enforcement.
