Job summary

Franklin Fitch in Los Angeles is seeking a Support Engineer to join its IT Service & Support team. This role focuses on delivering high-touch, end-user IT support in a fast-paced, professional services environment, with a Microsoft-centric infrastructure at the core.

You will troubleshoot across Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365, manage tickets to resolution, document solutions, and assist with onboarding and deployment of laptops and virtual desktops.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of IT support, service desk, or end-user support experience.
• Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripheral hardware.
• Familiarity with Active Directory administration.
• Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support via desk-side, phone, email, and remote channels.
• Troubleshoot issues relating to Windows devices, Microsoft 365 applications, mobile devices, printers, conferencing technology, and business applications.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Manage tickets through to resolution, ensuring service levels and communication standards are met.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Assist with user onboarding, training, and technology adoption.
• Support Active Directory user, computer, and group administration.
• Configure, image, and deploy laptops and virtual desktops.
• Assist with meeting room technology and audio/video conferencing solutions.
• Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
