Job summary

UFP Technologies, Inc. is seeking a qualified Help Desk Technician to provide frontline technical support for employees. The role covers Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and printer/scanner issues.

You will manage the help desk queue, document resolutions, and work with IT staff to resolve incidents quickly. The position is on-site in Dover, NH with a focus on delivering customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Supports Windows 10/11 and basic OS troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 help desk support via in-person, phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, software, and printer issues.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory.
• Assist users with password resets and login problems.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system for knowledge sharing.
• Escalate complex problems with clear diagnostics and follow-up.
