Job summary

Foothills Recreation District is seeking a diligent Technical Support Analyst I to join our IT team. You will provide frontline helpdesk support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and assist with the hybrid Microsoft 365 environment to ensure smooth operations for staff across multiple facilities.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work both remotely and on-site as needed. Regular on-call duties and uptime of critical systems are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 2+ years in hardware/software repair and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365; TCP/IP; ability to troubleshoot network/wireless issues.
• Experience with Exchange Online (hybrid) mailbox/user administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact, monitor helpdesk phone during business hours with strong customer service.
• Provide remote or on-site troubleshooting and instruction to staff for hardware/software issues.
• Support hybrid Microsoft 365 tenant and other SaaS applications.
• Install, configure, relocate, troubleshoot, and repair computer equipment and software.
• Create user accounts; manage network rights and hardware issues; perform updates/backups.
