On-Site IT Support Technician I – Windows & 365

Zusammenfassung

Tech Dynamix is hiring an IT Support Technician I to be the first point of contact for our clients in Northeast Ohio. You will diagnose Windows desktop issues, administer Microsoft 365, and image and deploy workstations and devices.

This is a full-time, on-site role with travel to client sites as needed. You'll work with a Tier 1 team, escalate when necessary, keep detailed ticket notes, and pursue certifications funded by the company.

Qualifikationen

• One year of professional IT support experience or equivalent mix of coursework and hands-on experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Ability to explain technical problems clearly to non-technical clients.

Aufgaben

• Answer client support requests by phone, email, and ticket within service levels.
• Diagnose and fix Windows desktop problems, including OS, apps, drivers, and profiles.
• Administer Microsoft 365: user accounts, licensing, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Image, configure, and deploy workstations and mobile devices.
• Install patches and security updates; support printers and network hardware.
• Escalate unfinished items to Technician II with notes documented.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and client documentation; travel to client sites.
