Job summary

Frank Lloyd Wright is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver front-line technical support across all sites and remote environments. You will manage hardware, software, and cloud productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 and Intune, while ensuring reliable operation of endpoints and networks.

The role reports to Operations and is on-site with a full-time schedule. The ideal candidate blends technical troubleshooting with customer-service professionalism.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2–4 years in technical support, desktop support, or helpdesk.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile endpoints using Intune/Autopilot.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel).
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and onsite hardware support.
• Write technical documentation and onboarding guides.
