Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor and works alongside the team during every rush. This role is owner‑style, with accountability for people, products, and profits, on the restaurant floor rather than from an office.

You will manage all aspects of the operation, drive guest satisfaction, and develop future leaders while maintaining brand standards and food safety. This role requires a hands-on operator who thrives under high tempo and change.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred but not required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience running shifts and working stations, not just supervising from the office.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations and consistency of food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Recruit, coach, and develop restaurant team members and shift leaders through hands-on coaching.
• Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and other controllable expenses to drive profits.
• Monitor speed of service and guest satisfaction, making real-time decisions on the floor.
