Ayvaz Pizza LLC seeks a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not a desk. You will be a player-coach on the line, register, and drive-thru, guiding the team during every rush and setting the pace on the floor.

You will own people, product, and profit within your four walls, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to deliver fast, quality service and strong results while maintaining safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Demonstrated track record of personally running shifts and working stations.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team during rushes and on peak periods.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring quality and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and restaurant security procedures.
