The ideal candidate has proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts, with a focus on labor, food cost, and operational metrics. This role emphasizes on-the-floor leadership and rapid decision-making.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience required — high-volume, fast-paced concepts strongly preferred.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations, supervising shifts and working alongside the team during rush periods.
• Ensure food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards are upheld.
• Oversee labor costs, inventory, and P&L considerations; drive sales through operational excellence.
