Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, working alongside the team during every rush. This hands-on operator must set the pace, train staff, and drive brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes floor presence over desk work and requires proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts with a track record of running shifts and coaching teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with hands-on restaurant management experience.
• Proven track record running shifts in high-volume, fast-paced concepts.
• Ability to lead from the floor and mentor teams during live operations.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts alongside the team including line, oven, and drive-thru during peak periods.
• Lead restaurant operations to maintain food quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, processes, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed of service and guest satisfaction in real time on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
