Qualifications

• Hands-on, player-coach leadership on the floor during shifts.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management in high-volume concepts.
• Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations with emphasis on quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders through hands-on coaching.
• Manage labor costs, food costs, budgeting, and controllable expenses; drive sales through excellence.
