Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. This hands-on operator will work line, register, and drive-thru during every rush, setting the pace beside the team.

You will own people, product, and profit within your four walls, while building a culture of accountability and speed. The role demands visible presence, fast decision making, and a relentless focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory and operational metrics.
• Preference for candidates from fast-paced, high-tempo formats.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts on line, register and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all restaurant operations to achieve quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, and systems.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach and develop team members.
• Build schedules balancing guest demand with labor goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching and corrective actions.
• Develop future leaders through mentoring and on-floor leadership.
